Chinese National Team Member, Short Track Speed Skating, (1995-2006); World Championship: gold medal in Individual Overall (1997-2002); World cups: gold medal in Individual Overall (1998-2002); Olympic Games: gold medal in 500m and in 1000m and silver medal in 3000m relay in 2002 in Salt Lake City, silver medal 3000m relay in 1998 in Nagano, bronze medal in 1000m in 2006 in Turin; Winner of 59 World titles throughout the professional career – Holder of Guinness World of Record with the most world titles in any sport.

Awards and distinctions:
